Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing: By subscribing to our Services, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your selected plan. Taxes: Prices displayed may be exclusive of taxes. Paddle will calculate and collect applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or Sales Tax) based on your location at the checkout.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day / 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase to request a refund.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, code, designs, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Beijing Qimuzhisuan Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
